Faulty Products

If a delivered product is faulty, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Notification of any defect must be made within 10 days of the product being delivered to you.

Faulty products must be advised in writing by email, ideally accompanied with photographic evidence, within 10 days for a full refund (including delivery charge).

We will either dispatch a replacement or process the refund. All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.

Damaged Products

If goods are delivered damaged, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Notification of any damage must be made within 10 days of the product being delivered to you. Products No Longer Required

If you wish to return the goods unused and no longer required we will provide you with a full refund.

Notification of intention to return must be made within 10 days of the product being delivered.

The goods must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged and unmarked.

Additional Information

Refunds are not available for ‘on sale items.
