Clean cork with a soft cloth soaked in warm water and a little mild soap, and gently wipe or scrub the surface. Rinse the cloth in clean water, wipe the cork again, then pat it dry with a clean dry cloth.
Let the bag or mirror air dry away from direct sunlight and heaters. Cork has a water-resistant surface, so most marks come off with a damp cloth. Do not soak it or put it in a washing machine.
